The Upsilon Gamma Chapter began as a colony at USF in 2006 and was established as a regular chapter in 2008. The fraternity Theta Tau was originally founded October 15, 1904 as the "Soc

iety of Hammer and Tongs". Theta Tau members have a lot of fun while distinguishing themselves as leaders within USF’s College of Engineering and the Tampa community.
