The Marriage and Family Therapy program at USF is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor to join the Department of Child & Family Studies in the College of Behavioral & Community Sciences.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to contribute to the growth of an established MFT program through research, teaching, graduate student mentorship, and service.
The Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy is a full-time, two-year, in-person program and is also Florida’s only COAMFTE-accredited master’s program in a public university.
Minimum qualifications:
▪ An earned doctorate — or ABD with degree conferred before appointment — in Marriage and Family Therapy, Family Science, Human Development and Family Science, Family Studies, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or a closely related discipline
▪ An active research agenda with potential for sustained scholarly productivity leading to external funding
▪ Eligibility for appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor at USF
