Congratulations to all our students as they finish the spring semester!
Some suggestions on how to manage exam stress:

Plan how you will study. Make a schedule of what and when you will be studying, as well as any other commitments.

When you are studying, plan and take short breaks. The brain needs time to process and absorb what you have been working on.

Ask for help. Use professor office hours or extra study sessions.
Attend Academic Support Center study sessions (if available) provided for your class. Reach out to classmates.

Stay healthy by not skipping meals or existing on snack foods, get plenty of rest, and continue to exercise.

Think positive. Believe in yourself and the work you have done throughout the semester!

The spring semester is quickly coming to a close! Monday, May 4th, is the last day of classes before exams. Tuesday, May 5th, and Wednesday, May 6th, are Snow Makeup/Reading Days. Students with Monday classes should discuss with their professors whether the class will meet on the University-assigned makeup day (Tuesday, May 5th).

A reminder to our students to make sure you have organized a plan on how you will complete assignments and projects, check the University exam schedule for your exam days/times, and finish strong.
