Meet Jean-Andre Constant, LCSW, CSOTP, our featured DBH Student for October!

Jean-Andre Constant is a Haitian-born behavioral health professional with more than 30 years of experience in education, child welfare, research, psychotherapy, and program development across multiple countries. For the past 15 years, he has specialized in forensic behavioral health, including psychosexual evaluations, rehabilitation, expert witness services, and clinical education. Currently pursuing his Doctor of Behavioral Health, his research interests include social determinants of health, forensic healthcare, and expanding integrated care for medically underserved populations.

Meet new CGI graduate CDR Dr. Sean K. Bennett, DBH, LCSW, MSWAC, BCD!

Dr. Bennett serves as the Behavioral Health and Wellness Officer for NOAA’s Office of Marine and Aviation Operations, supporting the health and resilience of more than 1,200 officers, civilians, and professional mariners.
