Hi everyone! Our western district secretary treasurer wants me to share some information about an event: this is the sponsor form for practice-a-thon. Basically, if you sign this form, you pledge to donate a certain amount of money per hour practiced by a participant (an active brother in the western district). This only lasts until the end of the month, and the WD Sec-Treas will contact you about who you’re sponsoring and how much you’ll be donating in total!
