Independent film & television production company GROUNDSWELL PRODUCTIONS (Snowfall, The Magicians, Milk, Trumbo) is looking for interns for the upcoming summer semester. Groundswell is a highly active production company heavily involved in the filmmaking process on every level, with a wide range of diverse projects in all phases – development, pitching, production, post etc. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for exposure to the film/television world. Interns will be involved in the development process, reading incoming scripts and books, writing coverage, and discussing the potential of material with our staff. We strive to make this a valuable learning experience for interns, who get the chance to engage in discussions with everyone in the company, and to read and give thoughts on current projects in development. Groundswell takes the education of interns very seriously and there will be one-on-one meetings with personnel that will help interns gain the experience they’re looking for. Must have a laptop and be able to get school credit.
