Thomas University congratulates alumnus Benjamin Honey, PA-C, who recently joined the Archbold medical staff. Honey earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at TU, then went on to complete a master’s degree in medical science at Yale University. Honey was involved in TU's Center for Military Life programs while a student. He joins Nick Richardson, MD, and Marc Lubitz, MD, at Archbold Orthopedics in Thomasville.

We are grateful to the Thomas University football team for turning a community service project into an opportunity to support local cancer patients and their families.

TU Head Football Coach Dan Pippin and his players hosted two car washes at Red Owl Coffee and Connection Assembly Church in Thomasville, raising an incredible $2,000 for the Lewis Hall Singletary Archbold Cancer Center through community donations.

“Cancer has touched my family, as it has so many families in our community,” said Pippin. “Our team was honored to come together to support the Archbold Cancer Center and the patients and families it serves. We hope this small gift will make a meaningful difference.”

Coach Pippin and the Night Hawks, thank you for choosing to give back in such a meaningful way. Your generosity will help support the patients and families we are honored to serve at the Lewis Hall Singletary Archbold Cancer Center. We are proud to have you as part of our community!

Each year, TU alumni and supporters in Grady County host a fun-filled, themed evening generating resources for Grady County Student Scholarships. The 2026 event will be held at Collins Place Venue in Cairo on Thursday, October 22, with entertainment by the Syrup City Players.
