Please help us welcome and get to know Ana Strayhorn, our Student Success Coordinator at Lake County High School! 🎓✨

Ana is no stranger to our Lake County community! Before joining the Ayers Foundation, she served Lake County through the school system for more than five years. Her experience and passion for helping students make her a wonderful addition to our team!

📚 Ana is also continuing her own educational journey and is currently pursuing a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

Whether you have questions about college, financial aid, scholarships, career opportunities, or planning for life after high school, Ana is here to help our students take their next steps with confidence! 💚

We're excited to welcome Pickett County High School to the Ayers Scholars Program!

Beginning in the 2026–2027 school year, Pickett County students will have access to individualized college and career advising, with designated Ayers Counselors helping them explore opportunities, navigate the postsecondary process, and prepare for what's next.

With this expansion, the Ayers Scholars Program now proudly serves students in every Tennessee county currently designated as economically distressed, an exciting milestone in our continued commitment to expanding opportunity for rural students across the state.

We're honored to partner with Pickett County Schools and look forward to helping students build confidence, discover opportunities, and prepare for successful futures.

We are so proud of each of these seniors as they take the next step toward their futures—whether it be college, TCAT, military, or the workforce. Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance have truly paid off, and we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish!
