Our teams both claimed second place in Arkansas yesterday against some talented teams including a couple receiving National Recognition in D1 and D2 Top 25 Polls. We had great performances all around, highlighted by Erica Frass claiming the third-place trophy in the individual standings!

Super impressed with our team's grit and willingness to give everything they have for each other! Really special group. Look forward to having a fun week of preparation ahead for our next meet Sept. 12 in Moore, Oklahoma.

For the 1st time in program history, both the men's and women's MSC cross country teams won the Carl Albert State College Meet this morning!

The Aggies swept the medals with Kaleb Madron finishing first, Luis Garcia second, and Jonathan Avila in third position!

The Lady Aggies also dominated as Harley Johnson earned first place and Erica Frass claimed second place!
