Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Annual James J. Buffum Memorial SUP the River Race! Whether you competed on the water or cheered from the shoreline, your enthusiasm made the event truly special. We're grateful to all who helped make the morning a success and proud that event proceeds will support student OCC scholarships and the Kiwanis Club of Greater Toms River.

With the OCC Foundation’s support, programs like the Free School are opening doors to lifelong learning, sparking curiosity, and bringing people together across Ocean County. What began as an idea by Dr. Mark Westmorland and Dr. Christopher Ruth has grown into a thriving community resource that empowers residents to explore new perspectives, develop new interests, and engage with others through the shared joy of learning.
