Lambda Chi Alpha is one of the largest men's fraternities in North America with more than 280,000 initiated members and chapters at more than 300 universities. Respect – Lambda Chi Alpha’s Associate Member Program lives by our motto Vir Quisque Vir meaning Every Man a Man. Stereotypical images of “pledging” and hazing were outlawed during the 1970′s by Lambda Chi Alpha and have no part of what we are about. “Associates” will always be treated with respect and dignity with Lambda Chi Alpha
