Blooming Vision & Design! ✨🌸💐

National Floral Design Champion and The Arrangement competitor Derek Woodruff (Class of 2009) is taking the floral world by storm!

As an adult student balancing a busy life, NMC and the University Center provided the flexible schedule and unique spaces—like the beloved campus greenhouse—that helped him complete his degree and thrive. Inspired by his late friend and fellow flower enthusiast, Kim Hagerty, he recently embarked on an exciting new chapter as Creative Director of Floral Design for Queen's Bouquet Network/Kendal Floral. From his base in Miami, Derek’s thrilled to influence floral trends nationwide!
