The College of Health & Human Services was formed in 1994 in order to provide quality education for professional practice in a variety of areas associated with health and human services. Within the College of Health and Human Services are the School of Nursing, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Kinesiology & Health Promotion, the Department of Athletic Training Education, and the newly formed School of Hospitality, Sport, and Tourism Management.
