Come join us at Troy for the second annual Troy University Conducting Workshop on January 8-10!
PD credit is available.
The conducting workshop is designed to provide public school band directors the opportunity to enhance their conducting and rehearsal techniques, learn new skills, and discuss relevant topics with colleagues in a supportive, yet challenging setting.
Participating conductors (limited to 10) will each receive a minimum of 45 minutes of podium time with the Troy University Symphony Band and the clinicians. Additionally, conductors will conduct the Symphony Band in concert on Sunday, January 10. Auditors will be present in the rehearsals, interact with conductors and clinicians during breakout sessions, and collaborate with peers.
