The weekend has now come and gone but it was so much fun for this BFIT crew!! We went to Phoenix to watch our favorite lifter absolutely crush it at a weightlifting competition. The second Expo trip was definitely one for the books!!

Hey we know we’ve been MIA! There’s been a lot going on especially with our president and founder graduating in May💪🏾 We love the community that we’ve built and we will be working to move forward next semester while also staying active this summer. Stay tuned for what we’re up to next!

We’re SOO behind on posting! Here’s a selfie from the end of the last in-person activity: Pole class with at Kinetic Arts Tucson! This class was filled with confidence building exercises and full body movements which made for an awesome experience for all of ours girls!
We also want to take a moment to say that there exists differences between those who train and compete in pole competitions as athletes, those who dance for a living or lifestyle, and those who attend classes for fun, fitness, or recreation—all of whom are RESPECTABLE women❤️
