David Andres, director of PCC’s Louis Carlos Bernal Gallery has received a prestigious 2017 Governor’s Arts Award. Andres was honored in Arts in Education-Individual for his significant support or participation in activities that foster excellence in, appreciation of, or access to arts education in Arizona. The award was given at the 2017 Governor’s Arts Award event May 4 presented by the Arizona Citizens for the Arts in Partnership with the Office of the Governor.
