“I chose Panhellenic life at the University of Tulsa because I was drawn to the kind of women I saw within the community. They were genuine, kind, confident in a quiet way, and all so ambitious. Every girl I met was involved in something different and chasing her own goals, yet they all shared this steady sense of purpose. ✨ Formal Recruitment may be over, but our hearts and homes are still open! Continuous Open Bidding is a way to join Greek Life outside of the Formal Recruitment period.
💙 This interest form is for students who are interested in learning more about Panhellenic sorority membership and connecting with chapters that may have opportunities to meet throughout the year.

Why Panhellenic Wednesday with Reagan!!

“Like every freshman, I came to campus worried about finding my place and people; thus, going through recruitment felt like a natural decision! Getting to meet a bunch of welcoming, passionate, and kind girls less than 10 days into my college experience made TU feel less scary and more like a close knit community. Plus, running home was the cherry on top!! Even better, I got to run home with several girls (including one of my RCs) that I grew to adore from my recruitment group! Every single day, I am thankful for the friends that turned into sisters, the memories that will last long past graduation, and the opportunities that have pushed me to grow. Greek Life at TU is truly special, and if you are considering recruitment, you should do it! You won’t regret it!”

Why Panhellenic Wednesday with Charlotte!!

Get ready for Greek Safety Week!!

Open to everyone in Greek Life!

Participants will check in at the table by Chi Omega. At check-in, participants will receive a passport card and collect stamps at each table until they reach the finish line.

The chapter with the most completed passport cards turning into the finish line table will get 20 points added to their overall participation score for the entire week.

All completed passport cards will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win an Amazon gift card. There will be 10 winners from the drawing!

If your chapter participates in the banner competition, you’ll earn 5 points toward your overall participation score for the week-long participation competition. Scroll to the end for prize information.

🔗 Each chapter will choose a theme and create a banner based on it. Sign up through link in bio.

The banners are due by Monday, September 14th, meaning all banners must be hung in front of their respective houses by that date. Divine Nine and BYX will hang their banners at LPC.

During the Walk a Mile event, judges will visit each house to evaluate the banners. One sorority and one fraternity will be selected as winners of the competition. The winning chapters will receive a banner kit containing everything they need to create their next banner, including sheets, paint, brushes, and other necessary supplies.

How many participants you have will help you in the participation competition that takes place over the course of the whole week. If any required members are not able to attend, please fill out the excuse form in my bio.

There will be light refreshments available throughout the event, with a built-in break between the two trainings. If you attended the Sober Monitor training during work week, you do not have to attend that portion of the programming. We encourage any officers that missed said training to attend this one.
