Open to everyone in Greek Life!
Participants will check in at the table by Chi Omega. At check-in, participants will receive a passport card and collect stamps at each table until they reach the finish line.
The chapter with the most completed passport cards turning into the finish line table will get 20 points added to their overall participation score for the entire week.
All completed passport cards will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win an Amazon gift card. There will be 10 winners from the drawing!
If your chapter participates in the banner competition, you’ll earn 5 points toward your overall participation score for the week-long participation competition. Scroll to the end for prize information.
🔗 Each chapter will choose a theme and create a banner based on it. Sign up through link in bio.
The banners are due by Monday, September 14th, meaning all banners must be hung in front of their respective houses by that date. Divine Nine and BYX will hang their banners at LPC.
During the Walk a Mile event, judges will visit each house to evaluate the banners. One sorority and one fraternity will be selected as winners of the competition. The winning chapters will receive a banner kit containing everything they need to create their next banner, including sheets, paint, brushes, and other necessary supplies.
How many participants you have will help you in the participation competition that takes place over the course of the whole week. If any required members are not able to attend, please fill out the excuse form in my bio.
There will be light refreshments available throughout the event, with a built-in break between the two trainings. If you attended the Sober Monitor training during work week, you do not have to attend that portion of the programming. We encourage any officers that missed said training to attend this one.
