Unlock the keys to transformative leadership with “The Most Important Skill You’ll Ever Learn… Or Teach.” Based on Dr. John Maxwell’s acclaimed “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership,” this session focuses on two foundational principles: The Law of the Lid and The Law of Influence. You’ll discover how to elevate your leadership capacity and increase your influence within your team and organization. Additionally, you’ll explore effective communication strategies that help develop a shared understanding, foster stronger relationships, and enhance your ability to influence others.
