Come out and support the Active Aging Summit next week with CSI Forever Fit! The free Active Aging Summit will take place on Tuesday, October 6th in the CSI Fine Arts Auditorium beginning at 9 am. End your active week with the Golden Glide walk/fun run on Saturday, October 10th at 10 am!

Did you know that the CSI Foundation has a childcare scholarship? If you, or someone you know, is a CSI student needing assistance with childcare, now is the time to apply for the CSI Childcare Scholarship. In order to qualify, children must be enrolled in a State licensed facility. The application can be found on the CSI Scholarship page at scholarships.csi.edu. Applications are due by October

Next Wednesday! Plan for the Fall 2026 Transfer Fair coming up on Wednesday, October 7th from 11-2 in the upper SUB (Taylor Building) and then 4-6 at the CSI Mini-Cassia Center. This great event allows individuals to talk to university representatives about the transfer process, academic programs, financial aid, scholarships and housing. Please help spread the word!

The CSI Athletics Fall Fest Dinner & Auction has come home to the Gym on the CSI campus! Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 17th, tickets are now on sale through the CSI Foundation.

CSI Fall Fest is Athletics annual fundraiser to assist all the athletic teams with uniforms, equipment, facility needs, and travel. A delicious BBQ dinner, raffles, silent auction and live auction will be full of fun and excitement and some great deals. Don’t forget you can always make a scholarship donation to the CSI Athletic Scholarship fund as well. We hope to see you there!

👟👟CSI Active Aging program is hosting their annual Golden Glide 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 10th here on the CSI campus! This event is OPEN TO ALL AGES!

You can register online at foundation.csi.edu/news-events/, scroll down to review events. Same day registration and check-in starts at 9:30am.
Race begins at 10:00am in front of the Fine Arts Center,
Registration fee $15.00 per person and includes a long sleeve shirt!

Tomorrow night, at 7 pm, at the Herrett Center for Arts & Science!

Dumpster to Drip: Eco-Fabulous Fashion is now on display at the Herrett Center, featuring real, wearable fashion created from consumer, agricultural and industrial waste. Artist Shaun Muscolo re-engineers what we usually call garbage into cocktail dresses, gowns, tuxedos and more.

See the collection come to life Tuesday, Sept. 22, with a live runway fashion show from 7–9 p.m. Admission is free. The exhibit will be on display in the Jean B. King Gallery of Art through Dec. 5.
