This is A FREE college-accredited program sponsored by the College of Southern Idaho. The program is in partnership with the Office on Aging, Filer, Buhl, Shoshone, ISDB school districts, and the Jerome, Rupert and Hailey Recreation Departments. The benefits of this program include:
Improved cardiovascular functioning
Impact on maintenance of independence in later years
Help in preserving and restoring flexibility
Improvement in strength, balance and posture

It is by registration only so please call us and tell your friends. We will have speakers and vendor tables with community resources available.
