If you're thinking about joining a corporate team or starting your own business, then our this Thursday may be the perfect way to learn more! Join Dawn Burkett, local HR consultant and UT Tyler alumna, as she discusses her experience working in HR internally and her shift to HR consulting. Topics of this Thursday's speaker event will include the day-to-day functions of Internal HR staff & HR , pros & cons of working in Internal HR / HR , and some of the skills needed for either career path. This will be an interactive virtual speaker event with Q&A's at the end of the presentation.
