Official Statement from the Alpha Zeta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the brothers of the Alpha Zeta Sigma Chapter mourn the passing of our beloved brother, Bro. Branden Kelly (2004-2026).

Branden was more than a member of our fraternity—he was our brother, our friend, and a light whose presence touched countless lives. His spirit, laughter, and unwavering bond with the brotherhood will forever remain etched in our hearts. Though his time with us was far too short, his impact will continue to inspire generations of brothers who follow in his footsteps.

During this season of grief, we extend our deepest condolences and prayers to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. We pray that they find comfort in the memories shared and strength in the love that surrounds them.

As brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., we stand united in honoring Branden’s legacy and celebrating the life he lived. His journey may have ended on earth, but his influence, his smile, and his spirit will never be forgotten.
