March 28th 6-8pm!!
Lisa Fergurson, a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, will join Title IX Investigator Elizabeth Caulkins in a dialogue about what it is like being a SANE, what people should be aware of regarding sexual assaults, and some of the best ways to assist sexual assault survivors. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end.

A meet-and-greet with food will follow in the foyer. You will have the opportunity to earn volunteer credit and assemble Beloved Bundles for sexual assault survivors. You will also have the opportunity to paint a t-shirt for the Clothesline Project as part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
*Nursing, Honors, and Social Work will be offer credit to the students in those programs that attend.

Housing and Residence Life and the Center for Unity are partnering to bring you an Evening with the League! The League of Texas Women's Voters, Tyler Chapter will come out and speak about the amazing impact the suffrage movement had on American history as well as modern day history over a nice plated dinner. Learn more about the league and how you can be involved in this organization on a local level.

With continued efforts to ensure all students have an opportunity to apply for summer housing through their student portal we are postponing summer applications to Monday March 27th at 10am. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience!

Please practice logging into the portal before 3/27/23 to make sure you can access your housing functions. If you are still having trouble logging in, you will need to log off your Microsoft authenticator and then re-login.

If you are still having trouble please submit a ticket with the IT Department.

With the recent merge update surrounding Microsoft, all students and facility are unable to access their associated accounts. Because of this, the summer housing application will be moved to Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 10 AM. Thank you for your patience and enjoy your spring break! Spring Break is approaching fast and we know that everyone is excited! To ensure that everyone has an amazing Spring break, here are some tips and important notes:

-Spring break is from 3/13 - 3/17
-Students do not need to check out of their assignments or request a break stay for Spring Break
-If you are not planning to live on-campus during the summer, we would recommend taking a few things home with you during Spring Break to help lighten your load when moving out in April

Dining hours today are below.

The Met: Will open at 8am this morning and operated normal hours the remainder of the day.
C-Store: Open as usual at 8am this morning and will stay open as normal.
Subway: Open as normal at 8am this morning and will operate our normal hours
Einstein’s: Open at 8am and will close at 1pm today.

Chick-fil-A, Tres Habaneros, and all of the Coffee shops will remain closed today
