Yesterday, Sean Sims '28 and fellow students presented a screening of their documentary, "JFK: The Cleveland Investigations." For the past year and a half, they have done extensive research in the design of this documentary under the direction of Father Maurice Emelu, PhD.

Sean's Cleveland focus features personal interviews with Judge Burt W. Griffin (one of the few surviving members of the Warren Commission staff), Jeffrey H. Caufield, M.D. (author of "General Walker and the Murder of President Kennedy: The Extensive New Evidence of a Radical Right Conspiracy"), and JCU's own Dr. Brent Brossmann (chair of the Tim Russert Department of Communication).

Featuring opposing viewpoints, the documentary provided an objective yet engaging exploration of one of the most significant events in modern American history. Go Blue Streaks! βš‘πŸ’™

Class Spotlight: Adolescent Development (Psychology)

Dr. Tracy Masterson recently had a fun and engaging class full of singing! The students’ task was to select a song from any genre that reminded them of adolescence and trying to find identity and purpose. They learned that the core challenge and opportunity of adolescence is identity development. Music, songs and lyrics are often very important to adolescents as they navigate this precarious life stage.

On the first day of class, Dr. Chrystal Bruce's students always design a t-shirt that connects to the process of Physical Chemistry. This year, however, students worked with the JCU ACS student affiliate group to make the shirts a reality! Thank you to Dr. Waner for overseeing the tie-dye process.
