Reflecting on two powerful and engaging events hosted by the Department of Education Policy Studies! 🎤✨

We were honored to welcome Dr. Jeannine Dingus-Eason, Dean of the College of Education and Human Services, whose work centers on the lived experiences of Black educators and the intersections of race, gender, class, and disability.

Through insightful conversations, Dr. Dingus-Eason challenged us to think deeply about equity in education, the value of lived experience, and how identity shapes educational leadership.

A meaningful reminder that transformational change starts with understanding and listening. 💬💡
