BMB alumni, Jake Hornick, uses his education and position as Head Brewer at Hinterland Brewery to participate in the Black is Beautiful Initiative.

The Black Is Beautiful initiative supports the Harriet Baskerville Incubation Program, a nonprofit whose aim is to further the interest of minority and women-owned breweries, and give them get a leg up in an industry which is currently lacking their representation.
