Only 3 more days until our Alpha Phi sisters stand for 46 hours at Penn State's Dance Marathon to join in the fight against pediatric cancer. THON is the largest student run, philanthropic organization which raises money for cancer research and treatment at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital. Since 1977, THON has raised more than $157 million for its sole beneficiary, the Four Diamonds Fund. Last year alone, THON raised $10 million in the fight against cancer. In partnership with our fraternity pairing, Sigma Chi, we are raising money for our THON children Mason, Mara, Alex, and Kyle. All of the donations made enable the Four Diamonds Fund to provide care and support for children undergoing treatment. We would greatly appreciate it if you would take a stand against cancer by supporting Alpha Phi's fundraising for THON. Together, we will continue to make a difference in the life of a child, and prove to the world what cancer CANNOT do.
