Help us shine a Spotlight on Psychology student Desiree Cotto. Outside of classes, Desiree is actively involved in research focused on developmental and personality psychology as well as different positions within Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority and the Center of Performing Arts. Through her research, Desiree was able to explore how life experiences shape personality and development. Her involvement in Lambda Theta Alpha provides a strong sense of cultural identity, sisterhood, and opportunities for community service and leadership. Working on campus strengthens Desiree's sense of responsibility, time management, and professional skills. She is driven by a desire to grow, stay connected to her community, and make a meaningful impact through both research and service.
