From studying art history at Meadows to leading exhibitions at the Green Family Art Foundation, Katherine Delony (B.A. ’22) has turned her passion for art into a career!

During her time at SMU, Katherine gained hands-on experience through internships, research and connections with faculty that helped shape her path after graduation. Today, she’s putting those skills to work in exhibition curation, design and collection management.

Her story is a great reminder of how the experiences and relationships you build at Meadows can stay with you long after graduation!

SMU Meadows grads are making their mark on the film industry! "Trust Me, I'm a Doctor," which is now playing in theaters, was spearheaded by writer and director Thane Economou (B.A. '10), along with producers Geenah Krisht (B.A. '15), Ryan Hawkins (B.A. '10), and Dedman College psychology alum Rebecca Case (B.S. ‘08).

Starring Kal Penn, Linda Hamilton, and Abbie Cornish, "Trust Me, I'm a Doctor," shares the true story of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, whose life is turned upside down when he is implicated in the death of his former patient, model and reality television star Anna Nicole Smith.

Next Thursday, October 22 at 6:45 p.m., the Texas Theatre will host a special screening of the movie, including a Q&A with the SMU Film alumni behind it all!
