Before Su***de Prevention Month ends, Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc. would like to recognize the importance of raising awareness and supporting our communities. In 2023, over 49,000 people died by su***de, that’s one life lost every 11 minutes. Su***de is also the second leading cause of death among college students, making this issue deeply connected to the communities we serve.

As a familia, we would like to encourage everyone to check in on loved ones, listen without judgment, and remind one another that no one is ever alone.

Together, we can break the stigma, uplift mental health, and continue spreading hope.

As midterm season is coming right around the corner it is important to create positive stress management practices. 😌

Join the noble men and women of Alpha Psi Lambda tomorrow on September 24th from 5:30-6:30pm Hall. We will engage in a stress management workshop lead by Mckinley Health Center and learn how to implement healthy habits into our daily lifestyle 🧘🏽💛🌿
