Celebrating Partnership and Community! 🌟

Our Chapter President, Sandra Choute, and 1st Vice President, Kathy Waymmann, recently attended the Prince George's County Public Schools Partners' Recognition Breakfast.

During the event, PGCPS Superintendent Dr. Joseph expressed deep gratitude and honored the dedicated partners who help strengthen our school communities and unlock incredible opportunities for student success.

Zeta Iota Chapter is immensely proud to serve Prince George’s County and its surrounding areas. Together, we are building a brighter future for our students!

Today, our chapter had the honor of participating in the public meeting hosted by the Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Eta Omicron Sigma Alumnae Chapter! 💙💛

Zeta Iota Chapter Celebrates Historic Scholarship Awards

Today, the Zeta Iota Chapter had the distinct honor of presenting scholarship awards to our community's deserving youth. Three scholars were awarded $500, and our additional recipients received $250. It was a joyous occasion, and the excitement shared by the students and their families was truly inspiring.

This year holds special significance: it marks the first time since our chapter's chartering that students have applied for these scholarships. We are also incredibly proud to announce that every single recipient will be attending an HBCU this fall.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our Scholarship Chair and the committee for their hard work and dedication in making this event a success. Zeta Iota proudly continues its mission to support our youth and strengthen our community.
