Today is a very sad day in our neighborhood. It is our very last day of our campaign!

College towns are seen as revolving doors due to the ongoing change of students living off-campus. These stories will showcase gentrification through the use of video, audio, writing and data. What is your gentrification story?

Starting a new school year means that a large number of students from other cities and countries flock to Utica College. The first thing that students often think about is probably accommodations. They will have a hard choice between staying in the dorm and living off-campus.

The students help to make the houses in Utica become more valuable, especially on Flagg Avenue just beyond the Utica College campus.
