Doneal Bromberg, SOM Class of 2028, is among this year’s recipients of the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) Medical Student Fellowship. Medical students had the opportunity to learn about the versatility of Artificial Intelligence from Dr. Mill Etienne, professor of neurology and medicine, Chase Goldberg (M4), Chris Elwell (M1), and Pal Sudhirkumar Shah (research faculty) on May 7 during a Q/A hosted by the NYMC Medical Technology and Innovation Club. Students learned about groundbreaking neuroimaging and monitoring technology from Dr. Etienne, clinical studying tools from Chase, personalized study techniques from Chris, and AI-powered search engines to supercharge research from Pal, amongst many other interesting topics.
