RETAIL BAKERY HOURS
Monday - Thursday 8am-2pm
Chef Wendy and her students are studying gluten free curriculum this week which means we have a ton of wheat-free treats in the retail bakery! You can expect to see these wheat-free items this week- Macarons, Banana Bread, Zucchini Bread, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Lemon Polenta Cake, and Cupcakes. We also have some beautiful vegan cakes, scones, and muffins we are baking off fresh for the case today.

This week’s drink special is a Midnight Fog, a smooth Japanese Iced Coffee made with 9Bar’s Swing coffee, topped with house-made Earl Grey Cold Foam. Try it as a latte and add 9Bar’s Flagship Espresso. Come say “Hi” to Leila and grab a 12oz starting at $5.00.

Green Chile Beef Enchilada $11.95- Served with Spanish style rice, guacamole, and house pickles.

Chef Wendy and her students are studying vegan curriculum this week and will have many items for you to try! Available in the store we will have vegan muffins, scones, a variety of cookies, meringue sandwich cookies, plus more desserts to come!

From last week’s lab, we have some non vegan treats, too. You can take home these ‘pretty in pink’ Cherry Marshmallows for 6 / $2.00.

This week’s drink special is a Blueberry Pie Matcha made with local Camas Farmers Market vendor Ayala Farm’s blueberries. We use the blueberries to create a simple syrup, mix it together with your choice of milk, Flying Bird Matcha, and top with Brown Butter Cold Foam. Try it as a latte and substitute the matcha for 9Bar’s Flagship Espresso. Grab a 12oz for $5.00.

Grilled Cheese + Tomato Soup $9.95 On sourdough bread with cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack. Served with heirloom tomato soup.

We are so excited for Amanda's new adventure! Thankfully, we still get to keep her on our team. Amanda started at Clark as a student in the Cuisine Management Program and after graduating, became our procurement specialist. Great things begin at Clark!

Exciting news! Please join us in welcoming Amanda Howell as the new Market Manager for the Camas Farmers Market!

Amanda officially joins the team this week and will be working alongside Leah, our current Market Manager, through August 12. Many of you may already recognize Amanda from the market, where she's coordinated our weekly chef demonstrations with the Tod and Maxine McClaskey Culinary Institute at Clark College! She brings many years of food service, management, and logistics experience to the market, and she has a passion for community and local food.

This week’s drink special is a Strawberry Horchata. This creamy and sweet drink consists of house horchata blended with a vibrant and fresh strawberry puree crafted from berries straight from the Camas Farmers Market. It’s the perfect refreshing summer treat to beat today’s heat! This drink starts at $5.00. For an extra $1 you can add a shot of espresso to make it a Dirty Strawberry Horchata or matcha for a Strawberry Matcha Horchata.

Each week this summer will begin with a new drink special. This week’s is a BRAZILIAN LEMONADE- This pungent and sweet drink has great body and tons of flavor. Made with limes (yes, limes), sweetened condensed milk, water, and a pinch of salt, this drink will be sure to cool you off and wake up your senses. Lemon and limes are used interchangeably in Brazil, and this drink is traditionally known as ‘lemonade’ despite it solely containing limes. Enjoy a 12oz for $5.00.

Stop by to see Work Study Cashier, Timaya, and grab a cookie! Today we have Sugar, Oatmeal Raisin, M&M, and Peanut Butter cookies.

Did you know we offer a house-made SOFT TOP? Add it to any drink for $1.00.
