Have you ever thought about teaching future SLPs?

As USD Communication Sciences and Disorders continues to grow and expand opportunities for our students, we're
building an adjunct interest pool of SLPs who may be interested in gaining experience with clinical or classroom
teaching.

Clinical educator opportunities may be available in Vermillion or Sioux Falls, with flexibility in scheduling and the
number of hours.

We're also interested in hearing from SLPs who would like to explore classroom teaching in an area
that matches their expertise.

Whether you're interested in mentoring students in one of our clinics, sharing expertise from your area of practice in the
classroom, or simply exploring what teaching might look like, we'd love to connect with you.

You don't need to be ready to commit to anything. We simply want to learn who might be interested - now or in the future.
Complete our short interest form to tell us a little about yourself:

Feel free to reach out to Dr. Mandy Williams with any questions. [email protected]. Feel free to share this post with your network of SLPs

One of the many benefits of the University of South Dakota's Au.D. program is the opportunity for financial support through graduate assistantships.

Most audiology students receive a significant tuition reduction along with a monthly stipend. For students placed in the department, it's even more valuable.

Working as the clinic GA means gaining behind-the-scenes experience in patient care, ordering supplies, and learning the day-to-day of running an audiology practice.

It's not just financial support.
It's professional development built right into your program.
