Washing Soles & Serving Hearts
This event is dedicated to providing a day of dignity and revitalization for the homeless in the High Desert Community. Azusa Pacific University student nurses and the Salvation Army are dedicated to provide free socks and shoes for the homeless (as supplies last). We will have many community organizations that will provide health screenings, social services, hair cuts and a hot meal for the homeless. As a believer, we are called to be exemplars of God’s love through acts of service and community and to work as a team of Christians to impact and transform the community.
