Before the semester wrapped up, Emma Thomas ‘26 showed her friend Bridget around the lab she’s been part of at Villanova.

Focusing on how cells process and regulate genetic information, this research helps explain how cells identify and break down faulty genetic material—work that could support future advances in medicine and treatment.
