Not-for-credit classes are not equivalent to credit offerings and cannot be used to meet prerequisites or to fulfill credit requirements.

Marquez Brothers International, Inc. — the makers behind beloved Hispanic dairy brands like El Mexicano — is expanding production, but not in California. The Hanford-based company says rising costs and industry pressures are pushing future growth elsewhere, raising important questions about the future of food manufacturing in the Central Valley.

As one of the nation’s leading Hispanic cheese producers, MBI has deep roots in Kings County and continues to grow nationwide and we hope to continue our training partnership with them!

Marquez Brothers cheese has purchased the former Saputo cheese plant at 1025 E. Bardsley in Tulare and plans an expansion of production there.
