Ella Carlile is headed to South Korea, and Alan Koroluk to Mexico City, where they’ll immerse themselves in new cultures, communities and experiences through one of the nation’s most prestigious academic exchange programs.

After building a successful career in corporate storytelling, Kim found an unexpected passion in the classroom.

What began with writing and publishing a corporate history book early in her career eventually led her to Baylor, where she now helps students discover the impact words, creativity and communication can have on the world around them.

For Kim, teaching goes far beyond the textbook, it’s about helping students realize they’re capable of changing the world with their voices 🗣️
