Through realistic trial exercises and direct feedback from experienced prosecutors, defense attorneys, and judges, students navigated the legal, practical, and ethical challenges of criminal practice.

Congratulations to Baylor Lawyers Samuel Murray and Lizzie Barringer on earning the two highest scores on the July 2026 Texas Bar Exam!
Sam earned the top score in Texas, and Lizzie earned the second-highest. They will be honored for this achievement at the State Bar of Texas New Lawyers Induction Ceremony later this month.
We are proud of their exceptional results and wish them, and every Baylor Lawyer who recently passed the Bar Exam, every success as they begin their legal careers.
