We’re grateful for the incredible law enforcement partners who work alongside BUPD to help make Baylor game days safe and special.
Deputy Justin Trevino with the Coryell County Sheriff’s Office showed exactly what it means to put Fans First—taking a few extra minutes during a long game day to make one of our youngest Bears feel like the most important fan in McLane Stadium.
Thank you, Deputy Trevino, and all of our game day partners, for representing the law enforcement profession so well.
Sic ’Em! 💚💛🐻
OFFICER IDENTIFIED! 💚💛🚔. Remember the heartwarming story from Saturday’s Baylor game where a three-year-old filed a "missing person’s report" for her lost Princess Jasmine doll?
Thanks to the Central Texas community, the mystery officer who went above and beyond has been identified!
He is Deputy Justin Trevino with the Coryell County Sheriff’s Office in Gatesville.
After a long gameday shift at McLane Stadium, Deputy Trevino took 10 minutes out of his afternoon to get down on a toddler’s level, take her "report" seriously, and make her feel like the most important person in the world.
Her dad, Rahmin Massudi, shared the story to make sure Deputy Trevino got the recognition he deserved for showing a little girl that people behind the badge are always there to help.
Thank you for your service and kindness, Deputy Trevino! 👏🐻
