We know there have been some questions about plus ones and acceptable IDs for the GSA Grad Student Boat Cruise, so we hope this post clears things up before we set sail!

PLUS ONES
Bringing a guest? Your plus one will need to follow the same identification requirements as Bentley students in order to board the ship.

WHAT IDs ARE ACCEPTED?
Proper identification is required for all guests. Acceptable forms of ID include:
• U.S. Driver’s License
• U.S. Liquor ID
• U.S. Military ID
• U.S. Passport
• Massachusetts ID Card
• Foreign Passport or Passport Card

OUT-OF-STATE IDs
An out-of-state driver’s license is accepted, but you must also bring another form of photo identification.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS & GUESTS
Please note that TSA Global ID, foreign driver’s licenses, and foreign ID cards are NOT accepted as proper identification. A foreign passport or passport card is accepted.

Photos, photocopies, and expired identification documents will not be accepted.

Please make sure you and your plus one come prepared with the proper ID so everyone can board smoothly and enjoy the cruise! ⚓️

All aboard the Boston Harbor Cruise! 🚢✨

Start the new semester with an evening on the water! Join your fellow Bentley grad students on Saturday, September 6th for great views, good food, music, and a night of fun on Boston Harbor.

Meet new friends, reconnect with classmates, and celebrate the start of another great year at Bentley! 🎓🌊

Event Details:

🗓️ When: Saturday, September 6
- Boarding: 6:00 PM
- Departure: 7:00 PM
- Ends: 10:00 PM

🚌 Bus transportation details will be shared closer to the event.

Enjoy a dinner buffet and 2 drink tickets on us!

📢❗Important Reminders:

- ID is required for all guests. 🆔 Only Massachusetts IDs and Passports are accepted.

- Out-of-state U.S. IDs require a Bentley ID, too. No foreign IDs or photos of IDs are permitted. 🚫

Seasickness concerns? Feel free to take precautions.
