Juneteenth commemorates June 19th, 1865, when the last enslaved Black Americans were freed. As we recognize this important day, we celebrate the contributions and enduring legacy of Black communities throughout our nation’s history.
While we have made meaningful progress, the work toward equality, justice, and opportunity continues. Let’s reflect, celebrate, and recommit to a more inclusive future.
