At the DOP Charis Eleni Chapter Christmas Bazaar, sisters from Hermione went to support our Newport News AHEPA Family!

College Park Food Bank - Thanksgiving Turkey Drive!

Help College Park Community Food Bank fill tables this Thanksgiving. Donate one or more frozen turkeys, turkey breasts, or whole chickens so that we can provide them to families in need at our Nov. 23 distribution. Their goal is to collect 350 turkeys. The food bank relies heavily on community donations of these items. Due to storage capacity limitations, they prefer turkeys that weigh 12 pounds or less. They will accept donations on Friday, Nov. 15, from 4-6 p.m., and again on Friday, Nov. 22, from 4-6 p.m. Drop off at College Park Church of the Nazarene, located at 9704 Rhode Island Avenue.

Sisters met last night and put together 150 bag Lunches with Turkey or Ham sandwiches a fruit and a drink and a snack.

We're so thankful for our sisters and brothers who donated to our Veterans Day event! We're giving out the bags today at McPherson Square in Washington DC.
