Most teachers never get told this: Upskilling doesn’t just make you a better teacher - it changes who you are. ✨

One of our M.Ed. graduates - Annabelle Vaz, walked in feeling underprepared.

No fancy international school experience. Lots of self-doubt. But with her determination, she walked out promoted.

Here’s what actually shifted:
→ She learned differentiated learning (concepts she “never knew existed”)
→ She became calmer, more systematic, more intentional
→ She presented at the ITU University panel in front of international educators
→ She got promoted to Head Teacher and aced that interview because of what she’d learned

The course was hard. Brutal at times.
But the version of herself on the other side? Unrecognisable - in the best way.

Most professional development for teachers feels like a checkbox. Two hours, a certificate, and back to the same classroom. Therefore, we planned this conference to be something different.

ITU Virtual Conference 2026 brings together educators from across the world for two focused evenings of real conversation around a theme we believe in deeply: Innovation in Teacher Training and Professional Development for a Changing World.

This year, we’re honoured to open with a keynote from Joseph A. Polizzi, Ph.D., - Professor and Director of the Doctor of Education Program at Penn State University. A Fulbright scholar, former policy analyst, and author whose work explores the deeply human side of teaching and learning.

His ideas will set the tone for the conference.
The conversations that follow - including yours will shape the rest.

📅 4th & 5th April, 2026
🕖 7pm – 9pm (both evenings)
💻 Fully Virtual
Open to educators globally.

Seats are filling fast.
