In order to better represent the true face of ADRHS, we designed this logo with several things in mind.
1. The person at the center of the logo represents several things:
• We are not beholden to a court, but to each other. ADRHS focuses on the people who undertake negotiation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
• The figure at the center is a woman, harking back to the founders of WCL.
• This figure originally represented Lady Justice, and wore a blindfold. She traditionally signified the impartiality of the legal justice system.
