Professionals in European, Eurasian, and Russian Studies (PEERS) is a graduate student organization at the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University. PEERS facilitates academic and professional interaction, increases awareness of the issues affecting Europe, Eurasia, and Russia, and promotes an understanding of these issues from a global perspective. PEERS hosts a
