The objective of this initiative is to provide a safe environment and comfortable forum for ALL MBAs and undergrads to network and benefit from each other's experiences. For us, we've found over the years that the most beneficial mentorship relationships we've had in our careers came up naturally, instead of through a formal match-making process. We think that this casual panel and student feature style will make it easier for people to connect with others of interest. Also, we want to start creating a more united and consolidated culture at MSB, bringing together Evening Program MBAs, Full-time MBAs, and Undergrads.

Full-time and Evening-Program MBAs with the different professional background needed are asked to volunteer to be featured and participate in a panel. Undergrads are sent the profiles of the volunteers and are invited to attend the Panels.
