Every woman in pharmacy has a story, and today we celebrate the women who helped make those stories possible.

From Elizabeth Gooking Greenleaf’s apothecary to Mary Putnam Jacobi’s pharmacy degree, Zada Mary Cooper’s advocacy, and Mary Munson Runge’s leadership, each generation has opened doors for next. Their work reminds us that the profession we know today was shaped by women who learned, taught, cared for patients, and made room for others to lead.
