Happy World Blood Donor Day student pharmacists🩸! Today, we want to highlight IPSF’s initiative, the Vampire Cup 🧛‍♂️ .

The Vampire Cup is an international competition that highlights the importance of blood donation and raises awareness. While fostering a spirit of friendly competition, it also reminds us of the critical role blood donation plays. The truth is, many people alive today owe their lives to the generosity of voluntary blood donors. However, across the world, many patients still lack timely and safe access to blood transfusions. That’s why, as pharmacists, we are an essential link in this life-saving chain!

Thank you to all the chapters who participated in this challenge, and we can’t wait to start the next season in October!
