Soror Frankie Mansaray, the current President of the Iota Iota Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. at The Catholic University of America, served as a voting delegate at the 54th Regional Conference of the DYNAMIC & HISTORIC Eastern Region!

During this momentous event, she had the honor of engaging with esteemed Past National Presidents Gwendolyn E. Boyd and Cynthia B. McIntyre, as well as former Regional Representative Jerra Holdip. This conference was a remarkable!
